Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy covers what clomia processes when you interact with the Instagram professional accounts clomia operates. clomia runs those accounts with lora, an internal application built on Meta's official APIs. lora is not offered to the public, and no one signs in to it with their own account.

What we process

  • Content of our own accounts: posts, Reels, Stories, captions and their insights.
  • Comments and replies on our posts, with the commenter's username.
  • Direct messages sent to our accounts, with the sender's username, name and profile picture as Meta provides them.
  • Mentions and tags of our accounts.

We never receive your password or payment details.

How we use it

Only to run our own accounts: publishing, replying to comments and messages, moderating our comment sections, and measuring how our content performs. We do not sell it, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who else handles it

Meta, which provides the platform; the cloud provider that hosts lora; and AI model providers that help draft replies and analyze how our content performs. They process it on our behalf. We disclose information beyond that only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as the purposes above need it. When something is removed from Instagram, our copy is removed the next time lora synchronizes.

Deleting your data

Email clomia.shorts@gmail.com with your Instagram username and what you want removed. We confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also delete your own comments and messages on Instagram at any time.
